How to Request a Refund
Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
- Log into your Radar account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select "Request Refund"
- Follow the prompts to complete your refund request

Subscription Changes
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade your subscription, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. The new rate will apply to your next full billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade, the new rate will apply at your next billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trial Policy
We offer a free trial for new users to explore Radar's features. Here's what you need to know:
- Free trials are available for both subscription tiers
- No credit card required to start your free trial
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period
- If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial
- You can upgrade or downgrade during your trial period

Do you offer partial refunds?▼
